BeatMantra is a music marketplace and creator platform built for artists, producers and music businesses. We collect information that helps us create accounts, deliver digital purchases, operate producer storefronts, process payments, prevent abuse and improve the platform.

We aim to collect information that is relevant to operating the service rather than collecting information simply because it is available.

• Account information such as your name, username, email address, profile information and account role.
• Producer information needed to operate a storefront, including payout and settlement details you choose to provide.
• Purchase information such as orders, licenses, transaction references, products purchased and delivery status.
• Beat and storefront information such as titles, artwork, descriptions, prices, genres, tags, collaborators and uploaded files.
• Support information when you contact BeatMantra about an account, order, payment, copyright issue or technical problem.
• Platform activity such as plays, searches, interactions and other usage information used to operate and improve BeatMantra.
• Technical and security information such as browser, device and diagnostic information where needed to protect the service.

• Create and maintain your BeatMantra account.
• Process purchases and deliver licenses and digital products.
• Connect eligible producers with supported payment and settlement services.
• Operate producer dashboards, storefronts, messaging, file transfers and marketplace features.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and suspicious transactions.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service information.
• Improve search, discovery, performance, reliability and the overall BeatMantra experience.

BeatMantra uses payment providers such as Stripe and Paystack for supported payment and settlement flows. Payment information is handled through the relevant provider's systems. BeatMantra does not intend to store raw card numbers in its own application database.

BeatMantra may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, cart functionality, security and platform features. Some features may not work correctly when required browser storage is disabled.

Depending on the feature and applicable requirements, you may update account information, manage communications, request account assistance or ask us about information associated with your account.
